After being in and out of Chicago area hospitals for the past 2 ½ yrs because of issues which came from blood pressure problems which were later “MISSED DIAGNOSED BY EXPERTS IN MEDICINE AS CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE” they lied!!!!
I was hospitalized else where that stated I never had Congestive Heart Failure, (CHF) my doing MRI’s. EX RAYS and a scope into the main vein in my heart which they claimed showed I never had heart problems but they gave me medicine for 2 yrs for this!

And I told them I had allergies to Sulfa but they gave me Sulfa for 2 yrs which I am very sick from and had very horrific reactions to, they have no accountability. They are not control or monitored because of privatization of many and connections by “CLOUT” to government official who are involved in allowing laws to protect them!

The President Passed into law measures to protect them more from CLASS ACTIONS LAW SUITS whereby you can not filed anything that will give your rewards to pay for all the MALPRACTICE THEY ARE INVOLVED IN.

There are organizations that know about this, they are involved in supporting President Bush because they are in believe that this White House is doing something to protect rights when in fac they are not and have lied, cheated and lied outright to the public on all fronts.

There are people in the hospitals that are not qualified to work because they lack people skilled and because the hospitals “ER’s” are becoming the place where many are going for healthcare services due to Doctors not accepting Public Aid Medical Cards and other sub-standard insurance policy’s.

Our government started this my lowering the acceptable charges for medical procedures, and if they take Public Insurance state run they would be forced out of business because the cost to operate is greater than the payment they will receive from state sponsored funds.

It’s outrageous and the law makers sit and do nothing while this nightmare goes on and on and with this bubble turning into another crisis in America, “THE HEALTHCARE BUBBLE” soon to collapse as with the others in “Housing, Financial etc” where is the Governor of Illinois on this when the cuts came from his administrative.

Oh, yes, I called countless numbers of times to his media personnel, and that of those in the Attorney Generals Office, U.S. Justice Department and its seems that they turn a blank eye to investigating all the levels of corruption, they don’t loon into the things that there offices are PAID AS PUBLIC SERVANTS TO LOOK INTO AND STOP!

To attempt to sue is worthless today because the Judges and Courts are tied back into the pool of corruption as well. If indeed any of them did there jobs then the people would have the real assistance they need to make this country a country that stands for the rights of all People not just the few who are lobbyist, connected back into BIG BUSINESS AND THOSE WITH CLOUT AND MONEY!

Look what is going on within Hospitals Workers Murdering Patients what checks and balances do they have in employment within?

Because I have reported this corruption and conspiracy against myself and others in Illinois I have been attacked again, what they do is cut off my phones, cut off e-mail harass me and my association Mike Katz, in Mike’s case they sent the DCFS back into is home because I called about an Issue at Alexian Bros Hospital whereby they refused to continue to treat his daughter who has anorexia disorder. I spoke to the Vice President of the Hospital located on Barrington Rd, in the town of Hoffman Estate about concerns on her treatment, the medical staff after I stated I was reporting them to the Bureau of Hospitals transfer the poor child reluctantly to there other hospital which deals with these this orders “The Behavior Center on Moon Lake Dr., in the same town, they too seemed not to want to accept her because the Katz insurance ran out like before. He and his wife have over $70 thousand dollars in medical bills.

They took her in, and then all of a sudden found room in another institute for eating disorders, but claimed that they did not have current bed space so his daughter is back home. While in there other hospital Alexian Bros located on Barrington Rd, in Hoffman Estate Illinois decided to call DCFS on the KATZ this time because they claimed he did not get her medicine for Potassium Mr. Katz did not get this because they transferred his daughter right into Alexian Bros Moon Lake Behavior Center, they GOT CAUGHT! They were attempt to entrap Mr. Katz, and cause him harm so that they could create a case of medical neglect which never happened from the beginning.

This is standard operations for those who are using clout and measures to discredit people who are speakin up about all the corruption given rights by Corporations, Clout and connections. If this is what you voted for in these elections then maybe we need not to vote at all. It we stop and see them elect them again without any votes from the population then you will understand that they control everything and we have no rights at all.

Killer nurse believed responsible for five additional deaths

NEWARK, N.J. -- A convicted serial killer who targeted hospital patients while he worked as a nurse will be charged next week in the deaths of five more people, according to a published report.

Hunterdon County prosecutors will file charges against Charles Cullen on Monday, The Star-Ledger of Newark reported Saturday, and he is expected to plead guilty to all the charges. The five victims were patients in critical care units at Hunterdon Medical Center, the report said.

Cullen has pleaded guilty to murdering 24 patients and attempting to kill five others between 1988 and 2003 at medical facilities where he worked in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prosecutors say Cullen killed his victims by injecting them with lethal doses of drugs.

Cullen has said that he did not kill anyone while working at Hunterdon Medical Center, but the Star-Ledger reported that Cullen began working with Hunterdon County authorities in February to identify possible victims of his at the facility.

During a series of meetings, Cullen reportedly identified a 49-year-old woman and four male patients _ who ranged in from 66 and 80 _ that he killed while working at the facility from April 1994 until October 1996.

In exchange for avoiding the death penalty, Cullen has been helping authorities identify his victims. The convicted killer says he does not remember all the victims by name but can identify them when he reviews their medical charts.

Cullen, who worked as a nurse for 16 years, has claimed to have killed dozens of patients.

Hospital Scandal Doctor Faces Charges

A pathologist who secretly took organs from dead youngsters at Alder Hey Children's Hospital is to appear before the General Medical Council charged with serious professional misconduct.Professor Dick van Velzen will appear before the GMC accused of directing staff to retain the organs of dead children for medical research.Dutchman Prof van Velzen was criticised in the official inquiry into the scandal which found hundreds of organs were taken from children without their parents' consent.

He also faces claims he failed to seek permission from the children's parents to keep organs, and neglected to keep proper medical records.

Van Velzen worked at the Liverpool hospital for six years between 1989 and 1995, but left before the scandal broke in 1999.

The retention of children's organs was found to have been going on for decades and van Velzen was identified as being particularly prolific.

Hundreds of distressed parents, who had been unaware they had buried their children with missing body parts, were forced to hold second funerals once the truth emerged.

Public opposition to any dissection of bodies was further aroused by discovery of the resurrectionists' activities; outbursts of violence occurred in Europe as well as in America. Robert Knox, an eminent British anatomist, became a victim of public attack because a body he had purchased for dissection proved to be that of one of a number of victims murdered by William Hare and an accomplice named William Burke for the purpose of selling the bodies; the murderers were brought to trial (1828) and convicted. This and other similar cases led to the passage (1832) in Great Britain of the Anatomy Act, which permitted the legal acquisition by medical schools of unclaimed bodies. In the United States dissection of the human body has been practiced since the middle of the 18th cent.; riots and acts of violence frequently occurred in protest against lecturers on anatomy and medical students, who reputedly dug up bodies for study. In 1788 outraged citizens of New York City precipitated a riot while ransacking the rooms of anatomy students and professors at Columbia College Medical School in search of bodies. The following year body snatching was prohibited by law, thus creating a climate for the growth of an illegal group of professional body snatchers. Justice finally done as organ scandal professor is banned

FAMILIES involved in the Alder Hey organ retention scandal last night welcomed the decision to strike Professor Dick van Velzen from the UK medical record.

The pathologist was yesterday banned from practising in this country following a three week General Medical Council hearing in Manchester.

Parents who have campaigned for justice since 1999 said they now felt they could finally begin to move on but criticised the GMC for not reaching a conclusion sooner.

Ian Chisholm, chairman of the GMC fitness to practice panel, said van Velzen's secret storing of the organs of the deceased children was a "violation of their bodies and their dignity".

He concluded: "The panel would like to express profound regret to the relatives and all concerned that a member of the medical profession has behaved in this appalling manner.

"It apologises to the public on behalf of the medical profession."

Mr Chisholm described the Professor's practice as "reckless" and "out of the boundaries".

He said van Veltzen had retained organs without permission and effectively lied to the parents of dead youngsters who had trusted him.

Alice Proctor, acting chairwoman of the Alder Hey parents' campaign group Pity II, said she was pleased the GMC had shown "moral courage".

But members were only sorry the Crown Prosecution Service had not brought a criminal case against van Velzen due to "insufficient evidence".

The GMC was prevented from holding any hearing until after the CPS concluded its three year investigation last December.

Pity II member Tracy Brennan discovered parts of her son Johnathan's body had been stored at Alder Hey six years after he was still-born in 1993.

The 37-year-old from Halewood said: "We are absolutely delighted, but a bit numb.

"Its a fitting conclusion, and I do feel that justice has been done.

"Our only regret is the GMC couldn't have had its hearing six months ago, after the CPS announced there would not be a criminal case."

"As far as we were concerned the evidence was there in the Redfern report after the initial inquiry in 2001"

Medical negligence lawyer Ian Cohen, who represented the Pity II families in their civil action against Alder Hey, also welcomed the ruling.

So if you don;t have a top of the line insurance company backing you in the hospital you can get what I would alleged the lower grade health services, whereby they will giver procedures y9ou may not need to cover the expense to the hospital for your visit.


The ER Doctors are over worked and can you expect them to me able to determine the cause of your illness with less knowledge of your health than you normal doctor? But again if you do not have a doctor lack having a HMO/PPO coverage plan and or any health insurance at all you are at risk to bad medical and poor healthcare again I am alleging this based on my experience and stories told to me by others who were either in hospitals and outside.


As long as the public does nothing the monster grows and grows while other nations "THINK" we have the best when in effect we here have the same problems as they do and maybe worse. New warnings due for ADHD drugs

The Food and Drug Administration plans to add new warnings about psychiatric side effects to the label of Concerta and other drugs for attention deficits and hyperactivity, according to documents posted on the FDA Web site and confirmed by the agency.


At a meeting today of the FDA's Pediatric Advisory Committee, officials will discuss safety concerns about Concerta, a form of methylphenidate, the active ingredient in Ritalin and similar medications.


A briefing document about the meeting says the review was prompted by reports of hallucinations, suicidal thoughts, psychotic behavior and aggression among methylphenidate users. Officials note that Concerta's label already lists possible psychiatric side effects but suggests the problems aren't serious or that the drug might only aggravate existing problems.

They were met by DANIEL TULIP, M.D., also of THE CHILDREN'S CLINIC. DR. TULIP admitted Jacob to the hospital. Late in the evening of January 26, Jacob suffered a prolonged seizure or "crash" and was transferred to the hospital's neonatal intensive care unit at 2:15 a.m. on Monday, January 27.


Today, Jacob is nine years old and is severely brain damaged. He cannot walk, talk or care for himself in any respect.

Mailings, trips hint at intense campaign

With a series of targeted mailings to fellow Democrats plugging his accomplishments, and recent visits to southern Illinois to dispense state grants, the summer construction season to rebuild Gov. Rod Blagojevich's image has officially begun.


Though the first-term Democratic governor has not made his re-election plans official, Blagojevich's move to connect with his core supporters and try to heal rifts in what has been an unfriendly Downstate region are indicative of the blueprint a candidate follows to gear up for an intensive campaign season.


Blagojevich also is trying to re-educate Democratic leaders and activists about his agenda during a traditionally slow time for political news. This summer has been a little different, with the stirrings of as many as eight potential Republican challengers.


"People want the facts. They want to know what their government is doing for them. They want to know what the results are," said Blagojevich campaign strategist Peter Giangreco. "Arming these opinion leaders with the facts is important so when someone is critical or just doesn't know [the record], they can tick off these facts that are so important."


Coming off a legislative session that was at times filled with contention over Blagojevich's budget strategy and a steady drumbeat of criticism over investigations into accusations of cronyism and mismanagement within the administration, the governor is trying to seize the initiative to repair his standing among voters.


A Tribune poll coinciding with the last month of the legislative session in May found Blagojevich's job approval with voters at a low of 35 percent; only 33 percent of voters said they wanted to see him re-elected.


But in 14,000 letters sent last week to Democratic Party officials, labor leaders, ministers, campaign volunteers and donors, the Blagojevich campaign touts the governor's first term as "an untold success story happening here in Illinois that the press and the pundits have failed to report."


The letter lays out a record of expanded health-care availability, improved education funding without higher taxes, efforts to import prescription drugs, a boost in the minimum wage, plans to improve tollway traffic flow, a reduced government payroll and increases in state employment. It says Blagojevich is "delivering on his promise to shake up the system and get state government back on the side of working Illinoisans."


That letter is signed by Chicago Democratic Congressmen Bobby Rush and Luis Gutierrez, as well as longtime Blagojevich loyalist state Sen. Carol Ronen (D-Chicago) and Barb Brown, a veteran Democratic Party official from Downstate Chester.


A separate letter, signed by Ronen and U.S. Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.), promotes Blagojevich's stand on requiring pharmacies to fill birth-control prescriptions. The letter, which attacks "right-wing conservatives" such as Pat Robertson and Alan Keyes, was sent to 9,000 potential donors through the mailing lists of the political action committees of Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Rights Action League.


The letters come on the heels of a road trip the governor made almost as soon as the spring legislative session ended. In a swing through southern Illinois, he passed out grants to aid local businesses, increase funding for mass transit, and put state funds into the construction of a minor-league baseball stadium and into a state fish and wildlife area.


The visits, which received prominent coverage in the local media, were designed to offset the belief among Downstate voters that Blagojevich was too Chicago-centric in his priorities as governor. Although Blagojevich narrowly won the 2002 Democratic primary on the strength of Downstate votes, more than half of those voters polled last month said they had an unfavorable view of Blagojevich's job performance.


Blagojevich's potential Republican opponents have been seizing on the governor's low popularity levels among Downstate audiences in hopes of creating a regional spark to their campaigns. But Blagojevich's travels indicate he is ready to respond.


"With the record we have, we don't really care what the Republicans have to say," Giangreco said. "They'll attack and throw mud and slap each other around."

The things that my father went through and the things that I saw others go through is outrageous, and those doing these things are allowed by our government to continue to do this because they have clout, with the police, government agencies like within Chicago, DCFS, HUD, Environmental Protection Agencies, Licensing agencies placed to watch corruption in the Mortgage Industry, Auto Motive Industry, Hospitals, all having Lobbyist who are paid Millions to sit in Government Offices like the Governors Offices, and Legislation Bodies involved in designs laws which will protect THEM NOT YOU.


They have invested interest by donations into the BBB, and other legal agencies that are in placed to allegedly protect your rights in fact who instead report back to those I have mentioned here, who later pass back information on YOU to those you have rat’ed out so that they can sent there politically CLOUTED thugs after YOU, and place you in financial Chaos to put you in your place! It’s like how dare you, talk about us! Your voted us in! And the ones who are paying for my campaign funds is not you, so I am going to GET YOU!


This is the mentality of politician and others who are tied back and forward within the power structure of our government.


We the public are so use to this, we complain, ask God to help us, when we are the ones at fail for this behavior in the first place because we like them do this to us. God, had nothing to do with these people. He or she never elected them in to become GOD OF MANKIND, we did giving them lots of power and when you get out f control and attack us, we singlary speak out because they got us divided by race, creed, faith and orgin, another plot to make you think all this means something when it does not.


There are no 100% percenter in the world, well in the United States, blacks and whites were sent here to work this place whereby whites were indigent serf “SLAVES” who owed debts in debtors prisons in jolly ol “England” and came to pay off this by working as the original slaves. But they could flee and blend in too much, so then they got Blacks who they could spot, because blacks were tribal and would fight back they beat the spirit out of us, by doing things the normal mine could not stand, like tar and feathering, quartering us and spitting our bodies in half so to put us in our place, rename us and divided us, too our children so that we never knew if we were intermarrying relatives and other love ones, burning us, and keeping breeding farms calling black animals so that they could justify racism and it being under GOD of those who had formed this nation.


Just to create a free work force, which they are preparing to do again, with their quest to colonist mars. This quest comes out of the NEW WORLD which is working a conspiracy against us. Please note this is why I am allegeding the changing in thre bankruptcy laws so that we will be in a debtor prison system again just like when they formed this new world the land of America.


We are not free as long as we pray to God and not take responsible for the things we have done and created. Now they are via the Supreme Court allowed to take your home, which you paid for, it should be yours but they can take it as they’re property to do with has they see fit, so why buy homes. You don’t own it, your taxed to death! And then after paying over 70% in interest and taxes over 36 yrs they can come and take it away like thieves in the night.


It’s ok because they decided, they did not YOU! Ask God he will tell you, and walk away in discus again God did nothing it was YOU! And they tricked you again and again.


This weekend I went into chat rooms on Religion and heard people fighting about who has a better GOD System, I asked and stated that if we just could get along would this not stop events like Sept 11th 2001, I mention that Buddhist are not fighting anyone about religion.


I was told by a person of East Indian decent that I knew nothing about Budda and that Brahman religion was the true religion ( which was the religion that the Aryan’s raided and took over) and basically to mine my business because we in the know are fighting here about whose God is better. This is going on while the Justice and Court systems are running like crazy passing laws that will control everything and anything we do and or say- this is outrageous!


The reason behind the Supreme Court rule is they got many mad, in order for us to get rid of the Supreme Court and change the Constitution, if we do this they then have the right to do anything else they have not and could not do, again it takes us to united before its too late.


In the African American rooms they were talking about God and totally out of whats happening, indeed they know but they have been controlled in this system of using God as a means to handle anything when in the good book it states that God gave man the ability to choice from right and wrong, and the right to handle things on this planet. Do we do this? No, we ask God when we are the ones who are responsible by creating demigods out of politicians and the corrupt.


We done help each other we give to those they tell us to give too, we are programed look at the movie Time Machine, and this is us, and we are all marching blindly into the under world to become meatballs to those who are eating away at us daily.

They again have attempted to attack me and Mike Katz, again cutting off any help I can get, it’s so bad after being in the hospital I had to seek help and was turned away, within the suburbs so that ZI could be homeless like almost all the whistle blowers out there. For one I had been robbed, raped, children mad victim, where as the police and other justice agencies would do nothing, I filed law suits which were not allowed nor heard because of payoffs bribes and other things, ran out of my home, mail stolen, victimized, just like my father was murdered, in 1962 because he knew too much. Look at Malcolm x’s wife, that was indeed a setup that family had secrets they knew and they wanted to make sure that if one recalled they could stop them. She was burned but again why, and what led to it. This is again the issue. Betty Shabbaz, was going to speak about the issue of Civil Rights the week she was burned by her grand son who if he did it was mind controlled. And many will not believe this because they have no clue of what is going on in this very cold war on the streets being fought by those of us who are attempting restore rights into this country but again we need your support, by you volunteering and donating to our cause, the churches ARE NOT and WILL NOT. I spoke to many and they are not involved in this and this is a real mission, asked them why?


They are sending money overseas to third world countries while the people within their areas are in need. Within the third world countries the money given goes into the hands of the rulers Kings and others who control things, the food is shipped back here and sold in their markets to our urban area people - yes the free food you donate. Its outrageous, but its not them its us.

For years Mayor Richard Daley, held control of Chicago’s Democratic Machine, as did all the other pervious Mayor's within the City of Chicago which has been this way for centuries, and his father before him had control of the Mid-West Party Agenda.


I do recall that his father( former Mayor Richard Daley Sr.) came to my fathers funeral in 1962, as many other world known figures did to pay they’re last respects.
I never made statements about this Mayor out of respect for his father because of the respect I had for him coming to my dad’s last rites, because I was a little girl then alone with my mother, and I noticed much then, and I was taught respect, and to be respectful towards those who had shown that they could over-turn some of their disliking for a race, by making these steps.


So I am writing this because I am looking at all the facts and not just the stories reported, there is always more than what we see, much in coverup and corruption. And indeed Chicago has it’s fill today, as in yesteryears but indeed there is something I am looking at that makes me wonder about something, something that I had reported about the sale of heroin from within the city of Chicago’s Water Department, there is something very strange about this very strange.


I am indeed in agreement that there are many scandals hitting Chicago, Illinois many dealing with trucks and contracts and the abuse of “CLOUT”. But again, until this time I had never heard of Mayor Daley becoming involved with prior knowledge of the sale of drugs under his watch, and indeed not within a government office.


Maybe I am wrong, but this one maybe a setup, and setup to get rid of the Democratic Machine so that those within other parties can take over and control Chicago, Illinois with is the middle western hub for most of the Democratic Party. Indeed it makes sense to me, to get rid of the Mayor my scandal and then replace him in a split election to get in a Republican Candidate.


Someone who will be able to connect Chicago with the Suburban Republican base party. Then to this end this will help strengthen ties back into the Whitehouse.


It’s a old trick, you know, to play both sides against the middle, a game like a tout, someone who has another motive a unseen one, so you have those within this game get real close to you, like getting close to the Mayor, who is the head of government within the city, who has much to lose here if indeed drugs are coming out of some place like the water department, but the game is more to get close just to take him out and replace them with someone else who will fit the role of their new game to control the power within Chicago and all its money!


In this case the Mayor, this game will get the people to want him out of office, so that they can get the one in that they want, and you think that its bad now then just think if.....


And if indeed what I am thinking is indeed going on, because factions are seemingly moving within this direction, there maybe a lot of money which is on the plans to come into Chicago, Illinois very soon via special events, casinos, New 4 -5 star hotel chains moving in, and other things like airports etc., Then would it not be a goods time to get those in with the loot? And remove those who "HAVE CURRENT CONNECTIONS"


What if I say to you, ......


Please understand that I am not for any corruption but again, would it be good to have the democratic party ripped in half so that someone else can come in and create something far, far worse. Look at this and create a time backwards which I have done, and ask yourself this question, how many times you have heard of Mayor Daley’s workers get involved in the open sale of drugs? then also the man involved was making over 60k a year, so what was the real game here, please stay tune for more there is something very strange with this story.
